Q. When will I receive my portraits?
A. After we have received your paid order your portraits will be mailed to your home within
5 working days. Your portraits are shipped to you via US Mail.
You should receive your portraits within 7-10 days.
Q. If I have ordered the On-Line Birth Announcement how long will it take to be posted?
A: Your On-Line Birth Announcement will be posted within 24 hours after we have received your order.
Q. Can I re-order additional portraits?
A. Yes. You will receive a re-order form in your portrait package.
Q: What if I am not happy with my portraits?
A: We have a 100% Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your portraits simply return your purchase to us within 10 days and you will receive a full refund. (Shipping charges are non-refundable) Or, many times we can re-take your baby’s portrait. Please call our Customer Service and they will assist you.
Q: My baby's traditional portrait was taken at teh hospital but I did not place an order.
How long do I have to place an order?
A: We keep our images for 2 years. If you would like to place and order by phone, call our customer service at 877-511-4300 and they will be happy to help you. You will need to have your order number and credit card information available. |
